The Resource 25 (R25) College Application Administrator Team
(Rhonda Carter, GWC; Patti McNeill, SCC;
Barbara Green, CGC; Jeff Glemba, GCC; Mardy Coronado, PC; Alicann Lunceford,
PVC; Debra Sheldon, EMC;
Shelly Gottfried, RSC; Jill Zamorano, MCC; and Keli Jones, DSSC) along with
Carolee DeVere (R25 Functional
Lead) and Barbara Matus (R25 Project Manager) spent three days (April 20, 21,
and 22) understanding the Data
Preparation Concepts presented by CollegeNets Representative, Tobi Macy. Tobi
presented concepts regarding
how R25 interacts with the Student Information System (SIS), how to navigate
through R25, how to run basic
searches, how to build space, resource, organization and contact records, how to
define and search for event types
and categories, and described and reviewed key reports. The timeframe for
initial system implementation is late July,
early August 2004.
