Path: Set Up SACR> Foundation Tables> Academic Organization

1) Choose Institution from lookup icon or type in name (example:
EMC10)
2) Click on yellow Search button to see search results. See

1) Choose Institution: Estrella Mountain Community College
2) Click Subject Area lookup icon.
3) Then click the Academic Organization lookup icon.

How To Look Up Subject Area by
Academic Organization
*SIS Path: Curriculum Management> Course Catalog> Course Catalog
Search>
1) Choose Institution (example: Estrella Mountain Comm College)
2) Click on Subject Area lookup icon.
3) Click on Academic Organization lookup icon and choose an org
from search results, or type name of org. (example: 10FITPHYED)
4) Click on the yellow Look Up Button to see subject areas for
an academic organization. See example below:
