Final Exam Week: Monday, December 12 is the Final Exam date for ESL010!

 

 

 


The final exam  for ESL010 will be on Monday, December 12, from 5:00 to 6:50 pm. 

There is no class meeting on Wednesday, December 14.  The last time you need to come to this class is for the final exam on Monday, 12/12.

You can also make an appointment with the ESL advisor, Rita Dominguez, to find out if you passed the course or not and to register for Spring classes (they start January 17/18).   Rita's telephone number is 623-935-8829.  She can't tell you the final exam grade, but she can tell you if you passed the class.

1.  Practice irregular past tense verbs and past tense negative & question forms

Homework due Monday, 12/12:
1.  In the workbook, do Practice 21-39 pages 116-127.  This is VERY IMPORTANT.  This practice will help prepare you for the final exam.

2.  Review for the final exam.  Click here for the study guide. 

On the final, you will need to show your understanding of what you learned in:

1.  Chapter 1 (the Be verb - am, is, are),
2.  Chapter 2 (the Have verb - have, don't have, has, doesn't have),
3.  Chapters 3, 4, and 5 (simple present and present progressive verb tenses), and
4.  Chapter 8 (simple past verb tense)

Review the chapters in the textbook and the practice exercises in your workbooks also.

The final exam will be on Monday, December 12, from 5:00 to 6:50 pm. 

There is no class meeting on Wednesday, December 14.
